A fantastically designed weighted machete with not only a curved edge, but a curved blade. The blade is quite thin and as a result it’s effective basically regardless of the edge, whilst still being reasonably stiff because of the width of the blade. The fuller (which may very well be decorative) could have been a bit deeper/more neatly done, as well as some of the lettering on the blade, but beyond that there are no issues that aren’t present with every other ‘real’ south american machete. Hansa hits the mark with this one in my opinion, recommended, and I intend to buy more of their machetes in the future.
