Oh, my… probably the best machete you’ll ever handle! I bought this one out of curiosity, along with a few other machetes, to compare them to my 18″ Tramontina (bush/latin pattern), and it became an instant favorite. What’s amazing with this machete is how the blade feels nimble and weightless, but the authority of the chop when you actually use it. You can swing it like a kitchen knife, but it drops on your target like a ton of bricks.

The nimbleness makes it very good for quick snaps on light and springy vegetation, and the chopping power makes it good for heavier vegetation as well. With proper technique, you get no vibration back in the hand whatsoever, but that wide blade takes a bit of practice to align you chops well enough so that it doesn’t bounce off. But it comes without an edge, so you’ll need some patience to get the best out of that sweet machete. The handle shape is very ergonomic and has no hot spot.

Definitely: BUY IT, you won’t, you can’t regret it!
